For my birthday this year,  I decided to invite over some fellow employees of Disney (at a certain restaurant employing Canadians) and teach them Dungeons and Dragons 4th Edition.  For each of them I crafted a character ahead of time and using my own favourite design of D&D character sheets, led them through a couple of encounters.  Overall, I think the event went pretty well, but I wish our schedules allowed for an early start time so everyone wasn't so tired by the end of it.  I miss the days and my friends back in Canada who would play until 4 in the morning and then want to play again the next day.  Escapism at its best.

Been a busy 8 months here.  Along with going back to school, I'm working full time so my entries have been scattered.  I'll start posting my artwork from school and I'm making a new challenge to myself to do a drawing a day.  We'll see how this turns out.  Time to start exercising my art muscles!
